Qualified personnel can be assured that training will continue throughout the period of their employment to advance their skills and facilitate career progression.
As a Company we provide all our staff with the necessary training and equipment to ensure our own safety at work, as well as the safety of those around them. To this end, every Protective Environments Operative from Labourer to Manager are CSCS trained and certified in the relevant skills demanded by their role.
Every Protective Environments employee is also Red Cross trained in basic first aid. The primary level of training while important to us as a Company only represents a starting point for our philosophy of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
