SITE STAFF

The works will be managed on site by our dedicated full time engineering team who will be site-based for the duration of the works, supported by our Installation Manager. Full contract management, procurement and surveying support will be provided on a daily basis from our head office by scheduled visits to site. A full bi-weekly internal review will be carried out in conjunction with your own site team in order to monitor performance achievement against targets.

SUPPORT

Our commitment to our Clients is to provide our full company support throughout the construction and commissioning phases. As such, all members of our team will be readily available and in touch throughout the project life to assist resolution of any problems or additional requirements that may arise. Required attendance at any project meetings will be gladly accepted to ensure maximum support with minimum risk achieved. This will ensure continuity with our tender stage team is fully maintained.

OFF-SITE TECHNOLOGY / DESIGN

Our fully networked and computerised head office in Southampton will support the requirements of the team on this project with complete effectiveness and shall provide instant information to our senior management and Directors as part of our monitoring process.

Design solutions can be offered to fully comply with all relevant regulations after an initial survey of the customer´s requirements.

SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE

All our installations carry an initial warranty on parts.

As part of our on-going services to our Clients we offer maintenance packages after the initial warranty period to keep equipment from deteriorating and limit failures.

Bespoke maintenance packages can be arranged to meet Client´s individual requirements.
